This Panada Bear has been with me since I was a little girl. It was handed down to me by my mother who had when she was a little girl. Imitation fur with glass or hard resin eyes, wired arms, legs and neck that move slightly (head turns)- filled with beans
Made in China with tag attached - Very Rare 
Some wear to be expected with age
